Karin Konstantinovová is the Founder and Managing Partner of the TEMPUS law firm. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague and lists among the local leading professionals in labor and employment and corporate law, personal data protection and the insurance field. Prior to founding TEMPUS, Karin was an attorney and partner in the Prague offices of a number of leading international law firms. She also has wide experience with provision of legal services for local and international clients in taxation matters, dispute resolution and criminal proceedings. Since 2009, she has been a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Czech Bar Association and she regularly publishes in professional journals. Karin provides legal services in Czech, English and Russian languages.

Martin Veselý is a partner of the TEMPUS law firm specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt restructuring, financing and business law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague and obtained an LL.M. degree at Humboldt University of Berlin. Before joining TEMPUS, Martin was head of branch of a Swiss private bank, an attorney in several international law firms in Prague as well as General Counsel of an international logistics company. He has worked on several company acquisitions and divestitures, cross-border restructuring case and syndicated bank financing in which he represented the clients on debtor side. Martin provides legal services in Czech, English and German languages. He is a member of Advisory Board (Beirat) of the Liechtenstein private bank BENDURA BANK AG.

Pavel Hýla is a graduate from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague and he also completed several post-gradual courses in the field of property valuation. Prior to joining lower TEMPUS, he was active in the area of investment banking at leading financial institutions, focusing on bonds and other securities transactions. He is a holder of securities broker license. He regularly gives lectures on matters of finance, financial markets and financial mathematics at the university. He focuses on financing, insolvency and valuation. He is also a co-author of didactic material for such courses. Pavel speaks Czech, English and German.
